24 Hours in Kobe, Japan

I remember feeling particularly shameless about this selfie as I waited for the hotel elevator.

Let’s Start with ‘The Bad’

I write this all in an effort to stick to my promise of addressing the lows of travel alongside the highs.

Kobe Nunobiki Herb Gardens and Ropeway

Christmas Market

When I messaged my friends with this picture I said, “leave it to me to find the wine!”
I dreamt of having more time to sit at this table inside of the greenhouse for a few hours while journaling or even having a snack.
I believe this statue was called “Mother and Child.”
I normally don’t like macaroons, but this was the best macaroon I have ever had! Even better than the ice cream itself, to be honest. It was so fluffy.
Lover’s Bellol.
These are technically a type of pumpkin!

The Main Event: Kobe Beef

I dream about these fried garlic chips to this day!
The famous Kobe beef was indeed tender.

Post-Dinner Snacking

I got this blurry photo while hurrying along a pedestrian foot bridge.
